Business requests
We store the name, contact email, organisation, selected package and workflow description you submit, together with the submission date and review status. We use them to assess and respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible service. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal records.
Enquiries are stored in the website database. The lead dashboard is restricted to the site owner through sign-in and a server-side owner check. We do not sell leads, subscribe you to a newsletter or forward requests to Gmail. No message is sent automatically when you submit.
Calculator and usage counts
Your calculator inputs and results are computed in your browser and are not submitted with analytics. We store daily aggregate counts of homepage loads, calculator starts/completions, pricing views, offer clicks and successful submissions. We do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, referrer strings or calculator values in this analytics table. Counts are not unique visitor measurements. Analytics respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
The site uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical logs and necessary authentication data to operate the service. Website hosting and database services are provided through OpenAI Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare. The owner dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in; visitors do not need to sign in to use the calculator or request form.
Retention and requests
Business enquiries are reviewed and kept only while needed for the enquiry or a resulting business relationship. Deletion and correction requests are reviewed manually; this site does not yet run an automatic retention purge. Daily analytics counts contain no visitor profiles. You can request access, correction or deletion through the request form. Tell us the contact address you originally used so we can verify the request without asking for unnecessary documents.
